Kueh Chap at Ah Ling Bak Kut Teh, Sibu

Sick, again.

Nothing new.

But having said so, food is still numero uno.

Important to keep me alive. :)

Here is, to the best, kueh chap (thin square sheet noodles served with braised pork broth flavored with spices and all the pork spare parts) in Sibu, probably in Sarawak even. (I have tasted almost all of the famous kueh chap in Kuching before making such remark.)

Look at that!

Intestines (big and small), skin, liver, tail, tongue, kidney, rib, belly, lean meat, deep fried beancurd, Chinese crullers.

Now, the sauce.

The dipping sauce was spicy, flavored with fried pork lard and also fermented beancurd.

I'm in love.

Should I have request for the last meal in my life, this would be it.

Where to find this place:

It is situated behind HSBC bank in Sibu, the next block of Public bank and opposite of Singapore Chicken Rice.
